Bedroom That Won't Cool Down, Old Fan That Wobbles, No Fan at All - Summers Are Too Long to Put Up With It
A ceiling fan is one of the most cost-effective ways to manage temperature in a Perth home. Running a ceiling fan costs a fraction of what air conditioning does and in the right rooms, it makes a genuine difference to how comfortable your home feels year-round. The problem is most people either have no fan where they need one, or they’re stuck with an old wobbling fan that sounds like it’s about to fall off the ceiling.
Here’s what we commonly hear from homeowners:
- Bedroom is unbearable in summer and there’s no ceiling fan
- Existing fan wobbles, rattles or makes noise when running
- Want to replace an old fan with a modern remote-controlled or smart option
- No fan in the living area and air conditioning alone isn’t cutting it
- Outdoor alfresco or patio area with no airflow
- New home or renovation and fans need to be installed from scratch
Whether it’s one fan or a whole house, we’ll get it sorted properly, safely mounted, correctly wired and ready to run.
A Wobbling Fan, Wrong Size or Dodgy Wiring - It's Not Worth the Risk
A ceiling fan that isn’t properly mounted or correctly wired is more than just annoying – it’s a safety issue. Fans that aren’t secured to a proper support structure can loosen over time, and fans wired incorrectly create a real risk. Beyond safety, a fan that’s the wrong size for the room, or positioned poorly, simply won’t do the job you bought it for. Getting it right from the start means a fan that runs quietly, lasts for years and actually keeps your home comfortable.

We Handle Everything - Right Fan, Right Spot, Done Properly
Installing a ceiling fan the right way is more involved than most people realise. Here’s how we approach every job:
We help you choose the right fan
Size, blade span, motor type, remote control, smart compatibility, there’s more to picking a ceiling fan than most people think. We’ll help you choose a fan that suits the room, the ceiling height and how you want to control it.
We check whether a support beam is needed
Ceiling fans can’t just be mounted anywhere. We check the ceiling structure and install a fan support beam where required, so your fan is safe, secure and won’t move once it’s up.
We wire it correctly
Every fan is wired to a dedicated switched circuit, correctly earthed and installed to Australian Standards. No cutting corners on the electrical side.
We mount it securely and balance it properly
A poorly balanced fan wobbles, makes noise and wears out faster. We take the time to mount and balance every fan correctly so it runs smoothly and quietly from day one.
We test it before we leave
All speeds, directions and any remote or smart features are tested and confirmed working before we pack up. We’ll walk you through how everything operates too.

Had Integrity Power Solutions out for a sizeable issue at our place. Harrison sorted it without any fuss. Showed up on time, easy to deal with, and explained what was going on. Noticed a couple of smaller problems I hadn't even realised and fixed those too. great service will be calling them next time something goes wrong.Posted on Google![]()

Harrison and Integrity Power Solutions Pty Ltd have been fantastic to work with. I had several electrical matters that I wanted and needed attending to in my home. Harrison provided a courteous and professional initial engagement via email, which then extended through in-person quoting and job completion. Harrison was on time, responsive, knowledgeable and able to offer advice to any relevant query thrown his way. The completed work was completed to a very high standard with all areas (being most rooms in my home) respectfully left tidy after after works were completed. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Harrison and Integrity Power Solutions to undertake any future electrical work that may be required in my home. Thank you for a job well done!Posted on Google![]()

Absolutely 10/10. From the first message he was quick to respond, clear in communication, and very professional. He arrived exactly on time and completed the job to a very high standard. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and wants the result to be perfect. Very polite, very presentable, and a pleasure to deal with. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would happily hire him again.

1. Can you install a ceiling fan anywhere in the house?
In most cases yes, bedrooms, living areas, alfresco and outdoor areas. Some locations require a fan-rated support beam in the ceiling, which we install as part of the job where needed.
2. Do I need to supply my own fan?
You can supply your own fan or we can advise on suitable options before we quote. Either way works, just let us know when you get in touch.
3. Can you replace an existing fan?
Absolutely. Replacing an old fan with a new one is one of the most common jobs we do. We remove the old fan, check the existing wiring and mounting, and install the new fan correctly.
4. Can you install remote-controlled or smart fans?
Yes, remote-controlled and smart fans are straightforward to install and well worth the upgrade, particularly in bedrooms where you don't want to get up to adjust the speed.
5. Can you install fans on high or raked ceilings?
Yes, though high or raked ceilings may require a downrod extension to bring the fan to the right height. We'll assess this when we quote and make sure the fan is positioned correctly for the room.
6. How long does installation take?
A standard ceiling fan installation typically takes one to two hours. If multiple fans are being installed or additional wiring is required, allow a little longer, we'll give you a clear timeframe upfront.
