1. How quickly can you respond to a commercial callout?
For urgent faults, particularly where power is out to part of your premises or there's a safety concern, call us directly on 0424 924 646 and we'll prioritise getting out as quickly as possible. For non-urgent maintenance, we aim to respond the same day and attend within a few days depending on our schedule.
2. Can you carry out maintenance without shutting down our business?
In most cases yes. We assess what needs to be isolated for each job and plan works to keep disruption to an absolute minimum. Where power isolation or noisy works are unavoidable, we'll discuss timing with you beforehand and can attend outside trading hours where required.
3. Do you provide written reports after maintenance visits?
Yes, we can provide a written summary of works carried out, faults found and any recommendations following each visit. For clients with ongoing maintenance requirements, we keep service records so you always have a clear history of works completed at your premises.
4. Can you handle both reactive callouts and scheduled maintenance?
Yes. We work with commercial clients on both a reactive basis, attending when something goes wrong, and on a scheduled maintenance program to keep premises in good working order and stay ahead of compliance requirements. 5. Do you work on all types of commercial premises?
Yes, we work across offices, retail shops, restaurants, cafés, medical tenancies, warehouses and other commercial and light industrial environments. If you're not sure whether we cover your type of premises, just give us a call and we'll let you know.
6. What if the fault is intermittent and doesn't show up when you're on site?
Intermittent faults are one of the trickier aspects of commercial maintenance. If a fault doesn't present during our visit, we'll explain everything we've tested and ruled out, outline what we suspect is causing it and recommend the appropriate next steps. We won't charge for work we haven't carried out.
