We explain what we found in plain language
No jargon, no confusing technical explanations. We’ll tell you what’s wrong, why it happened and what the fix involves so you can make an informed decision before we do anything.
We fix it correctly
Once you’re happy to proceed, we get the job done properly using the right materials, the right methods and leaving the work in a condition you’d be happy for any other electrician to inspect.
We let you know if we spot anything else
If we notice something else that needs attention while we’re there, we’ll point it out – but we won’t pressure you into additional work. Honest advice, nothing more.

1. Is there a minimum call-out fee?
Yes, like most trades, we charge a call-out fee that covers travel and the first part of the job. We'll be upfront about this when you get in touch so there are no surprises on the invoice.
2. Can you handle multiple small jobs in one visit?
Absolutely, and it's the most cost-effective way to get things done. If you've got a list of things that need attention, let us know upfront and we'll allocate the right amount of time.
3. What if you can't find the fault on the day?
Intermittent faults can be tricky - some only show up under certain conditions. If we can't replicate the fault during the visit, we'll explain what we've checked, what we suspect and what the next steps are. We won't charge you for work we haven't done.
4. Do you work on older homes?
Yes. Older homes often have wiring and fittings that need a different approach and we're experienced working with older installations across Perth's western suburbs. We'll let you know if we find anything that needs attention beyond the original job.
5. Can you help with outdoor electrical maintenance?
Yes, garden lighting, outdoor power points, sensor lights and alfresco lighting are all common maintenance jobs we handle regularly.
6. How quickly can you get out?
We aim to respond to all enquiries the same day and get to non-urgent maintenance jobs within a few days. For urgent issues, call us directly and we'll do our best to get out as soon as possible.
